Presiding Bishop Randy L. Hightower

Bishop Randy L. Hightower is the Senior Pastor of Pentecostal Church of God in Christ of the United States of America, Inc., located at 540 Cheerful Street, in the beautiful city of West Palm Beach, FL.  As the eldest  son of the Late Bishop Arthur (4th Presiding Bishop) and Mary Hightower, Bishop Hightower grew up learning to lead and love God’s people.  In 2008, he was consecrated as the organization’s 6th Presiding Bishop and has committed his work to aligning the mission and vision of the organization with the plans of Christ.
Bishop Hightower is well respected throughout the state of Florida as both a community and spiritual leader. Throughout his 22 years as senior pastor, he has had a major influence on the local community. He serves on a variety of Boards and committees throughout the area. He has been revered as a man of unwavering honesty, full of integrity with a heart for people.
Bishop Hightower is a spiritual leader by example and encourages spiritual and social growth within the Pentecostal family, his congregation and his community. Bishop Hightower is a powerful minister of the Gospel and has anchored his walk on the unadulterated Word of God.
Bishop Hightower and his wife, Dr. Deborah McGriff Hightower, are an anointed team that God is using to make a change in the lives of many. They are dedicated servants of God, working together to reach those in need of restoration - both physically and spiritually.
Bishop Hightower's living motto is "Leading with humility, serving with dignity”.

Bishop Ronald Lumpkin

Bishop Ronald B. Lumpkin is the founder and Senior Pastor of Love Ministry in Live Oak, FL., and Rock Ministry located in Tallahassee, FL. He honors God for blessing him with a group of anointed and committed staff that allows him to successfully pastor both congregations.In 1998, he was ordained as a Bishop under the Pentecostal Church of God In Christ of the United States of America, Inc., organization.

Bishop Lumpkin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Studies and a Master of Architecture Degree from Florida A&M University (FAMU) in Tallahassee, Florida. He later went on to receive his Doctorate Degree in Religious Arts from the Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Bishop Lumpkin has been married for 21 years to First Lady Detris Lumpkin and to this union they have two beautiful children. The Lumpkins live and work in Tallahassee, Florida where he is a respected Professor at the FAMU School of Architecture.

Bishop Lumpkin has served on the United Methodist Church Wesley Foundation FAMU Campus Ministry Board of Directors since 1996; and was Chair for 12 years. He is the founder and contributing editor of The Pentecostal Voice, and has been instrumental in revising the organizations Constitution and Bylaws. Bishop Lumpkin recently published his first book entitled "From God's Hands to My Hands" and has written more than 15 gospel plays.

 Bishop Lumpkin's ministering philosophy is to "minister with simplicity love and understanding".

Elder Eddie Evans

Pastor Eddie Evans Jr. is a native of Palm Beach County, Florida and the Senior Pastor of Pentecostal Church of God In Christ of the USA, Inc., located at 1289 W. 28th Street, Riviera Beach, FL. Pastor Evans was installed in this capacity in 2008 and serves a modest sized congregation with members of different ages and nationalities. Pastor Evans has been married for more than 30 years to First Lady Annie L. Jenkins Evans and to this union were born three children. 

In 1990, while serving in the Armed Forces, Pastor Evans was called into the ministry under the leadership of Chaplin Shaw. While there, Pastor Evans was ordained as an elder in 1992 under the late Bishop S. Frances in Lawton, Oklahoma and later went on to serve as an Assistant Pastor. After serving in the US Army for 13 years, he received an honorable discharge and returned to the Palm Beach County area and resumed his membership with the Pentecostal organization.
He leads and ministers by example, using the Word of God as a guide to abundant living. His desire is for believers to be whole in Christ and become equipped to make disciples.
Pastor Evans scripture for living is: 1Corinthians 10:13 "There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it."
Pastor Evans believes that your trials will never be above you, nor will they be equal with you, but they will always be below you so that you, with God's help, can handle whatever comes your way.

Elder George Johnson

Pastor George Johnson Sr. is the Senior Pastor of Pentecostal Church of God In Christ of the USA, Inc., in Port Sarleno, FL. He is the devoted husband of First Lady Coraletha Johnson and they have four adult children. In 1976 Pastor Johnson was summoned by God in a vision and has committed his journey to do the will of God.

Under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Pastor Johnson was lead to serve under the leadership of the late Jesse B. Hill where he was nurtured and groomed in the things of Christ. Through love, fear, respect, and faithfulness, Pastor Johnson blossomed into an Anointed Evangelist where his anointed preaching has spread throughout the streets of Martin and surrounding counties. Pastor Johnsons teaching and preaching has also taken him beyond the state lines; and he has been respectfully tagged as "The Running Preacher".
Pastor Johnson was appointed to the role of Pastorship in 2002 and has embraced his leadership role with the principle of not watering down God's word.
Pastor Johnson has graciously accepted what he has been called to do, and his godly mission is to "lead and guide God's people to righteousness through seeds of love and humility until his return."

Elder Jerry Gore


Pastor Jerry L. Gore, Sr. is the Senior Pastor of Pentecostal Church of God In Christ, located in Stuart, FL.  He is a devoted father and the loving husband to First Lady Jackie Gore. In his early years of ministry, he was the head Stewart of The New Allen Church of Hobe Sound, Florida for 20 years. Pastor Gore answered the call of the Holy Spirit  to join the Pentecostal  organization in April 2001 under Elder Jonathan Ifl, and was subsequently ordained as the Senior Pastor of the local church in 2005.  
Pastor Gore is both an active community and spiritual leasder. Under his leadership, he established his local church in a historical site of East Stuart that was once the city's first  laundry mat, originally owned and operated by one of East Stuart’s long time Black elementary School teacher, Mrs. Margaret Singleton. 
Presently serving as president of the local NAACP, the organization has experienced rejuvenation. Pastor Gore is also actively involved in the Ministerial Alliance of Hobe Sound; charters the Boy Scott Troop #825 of East Stuart, which was formed in March, 2009 and he’s also active in the Building Bridges program and Meal Site # 7, of the East Stuart Community. For many years, he has been a staunch supporter of many activities that benefits the less fortunate.

Elder Marilyn James


Elder Marilyn James is the Associate Pastor of Pentecostal Church of God In Christ under the leadership of Senior Bishop Randy L. Hightower. Elder Marilyn James is the wonderful mother of three adult children and the devoted wife to Mr. Ernest James.
Elder Marilyn James joined the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ of the U.S.A., Inc. organization in 1999 and in her capacity as Associate Pastor she has shown herself to be trustworthy and faithful in each stage of her ministry journey. As she has been called to empower, encourage and build up the people of God, she has fully committed her life to Christ, the call on her life, and the vision of the local ministry.
Elder Marilyn James is responsible for the Development / Enhancement Ministry of the local church, where she directly supervises the following ministries: Young Women's Christian Council, Women's Ministry, Benevolent Ministry, When God Loves a Woman Inc. Ministry,  Single's Ministry, Marriage Ministry, Mother Board Ministry, Nursing Unit, Intercessory Prayer Team, New Convert's Instructional Ministry, and the Single Parent Network Ministry.
Elder Marilyn James proclaims that Jesus is her Lord and Savior and her constant companion throughout the day-giving strength, guidance, and purpose to  her life. She views the church as being God's people-growing in commitment to God,  commitment to one another, and commitment to Christ's mission to the world. Being called to empower, encourage and build up the people of God, she is passionate about helping others and to understand what faith in Jesus Christ really means. As a preacher/ teacher of the Word of God, her goal is centered on being a Biblical and effective communicator so that people can grow to mature in the things of Christ.

Familiar passage of Scripture that she cherishes comes from Hebrews 1:3, which states, "Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:"

Dr. Willie Mae Lee


Evangelist Dr. Willie Mae Lee is a woman of virtue, a woman with the anointing of God, a woman of influence, and a woman of keen perception who shares the Word of God with all who cross her path. She is saved, sanctified and baptize with the Holy Ghost. Evangelist Lee is a faithful member of the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ U.S.A., Inc. in Port Salerno, Florida under the leadership of Pastor George Johnson and General Overseer, Senior Bishop Randy Hightower. She presently serves as a member of the State Women's Cabinet and as a member of the State Executive Board. She is also Founder and President of New Direction International Women's Outreach Ministries, Inc.
Evangelist Lee received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Florida Memorial College in St. Augustine, Florida and her Master's Degree from Nova University in Ft, Lauderdale, Florida. In May 1999, the Lord blessed her to receive a Doctorate Degree in Christian Psychology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida.
Evangelist Lee has a heart for lost souls, hurting people, and the Prison Ministry. She is a renowned teacher and much sought after speaker who is known for her candor and "cut to the chase" delivery of God's Word. The powerful Word of God that flows from this vessel will find you wherever you are and will help you move from a place of powerlessness, fear of rejection, low self-esteem and inhibitions, to a place of security in Jesus Christ. The love and compassion of God flows freely through his vessel to touch the untouched and bring liberty and release to the captive.

Evangelist Lee's motto is "Don't Look at the Problems of Life, but Trust in the Promises of God."

Elder Harold Elliott


Elder Harold Bishop Elliott attends Pentecostal Church of God in Christ of the U.S.A., Inc. under the leadership of Elder Eddie Evans Jr. where he serves as President of both the Men's and Women's Ministry, and as an overseer of the "My Brother Keepers" Ministry.Elder Elliott currently holds a degree from the University of North Florida Institute of Police Technology and Management in Jacksonville, Florida and South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Elder Elliott has been a devoted husband to Minister Rochella K. Adams Eliott for more than 30 years, and to this union four children were born.
In 1980, Elder Elliott was employed by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO). He worked in various capacities, including Human Resources where he worked as a Certified Police Applicant Background Investigator. He is dual certified in Law Enforcement and Corrections. For the last twenty years, he served as coordinator for the Work Release Program. During his tenure at PBSO, he also served as an instructor for the South Florida Bible College and Theological Seminary. He retired in December 2008.
In 1990, Elder Elliot was called to the ministry. He remained a faithful servant until God called on him, in 2002, to serve in the capacity of Assistant Pastor, under the leadership of Pastor Tommy Tipton, at Unity of Love Fellowship Ministry. In 2004, when his work there was done, Elder Elliott returned to the Pentecostal organization.
Both Elder Harold and Sister Rochella are continuing to serve the Lord by way of "Elliott Christian Counseling" where they serve to help individuals by providing premarital counseling. They are listed as providers for the 15th judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County.
Elder Elliott is a humble man of integrity and He truly loves the Lord.
